Unauthorized Use of Wendy's Intellectual Property
Trademark laws require that a trademark owner prevent unauthorized or potentially confusing uses of its trademarks. This is to ensure that customers are not confused and to prevent disparagement of a trademark owner's name and reputation. We take infringement seriously. Accordingly, we carefully monitor and diligently protect our intellectual property. You may not use or copy our intellectual property (including our logos and trademarks) without our written consent.
Unauthorized Use of Wendy's Coupons
Wendy's does not authorize the offer or sale of Wendy's coupons by third parties on eBay. Except for selected seasonal coupon promotions (for example, Wendy's Halloween Frosty coupon booklets benefiting the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption), Wendy's does not offer nationwide coupon promotions. Wendy's coupons are designed for limited circulation within specific geographic areas. Since our coupons are not intended for nationwide circulation, you may have difficulty in redeeming a coupon you buy on eBay at a Wendy's restaurant in your area. If you buy Wendy's coupons on eBay, you do so at your own risk.Wendy's coupons are void if copied or reproduced. You may not make, sell or redeem scanned images or photocopies of our coupons or other copyrighted material.
Wendy's Membership In eBay VeRO Program
To further protect our intellectual property, we are a member of eBay Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) program. We monitor all eBay auctions, and where we find any unauthorized use or infringement of our intellectual property, the offending auction is terminated under the eBay VeRO program. If the auction is cancelled by us, the notice will provide our contact information. Additionally, the sale of stolen property is strictly forbidden on eBay and violates state, federal and international law. The Buyer assumes the risk on all items purchased through eBay.
