Can I Resell Your Products?
Absolutely NOT. All of my items are ROYALTY-FREE, but, Royalty-free is defined as your right to purchase a product for a one time fee without having to pay any further commissions to us for use of the product.
This DOES NOT mean you are purchasing the right to resell my products.
Reselling my work is subject to the following consequences:
- I am a member of the Vero (Verfified Rights Owner Program) and as such may choose to report auctions we feel are infringing on my rights. These auctions will be cancelled. I have already shut down numerous auctions and websites involved in this activity.
- I reserve the right to report illegal resale of templates to other copyright holders whose rights have also been violated.
- I may execute the services of our lawyers to penalize the individual reselling our templates.
- If you are distributing my products through a web server, I may trace and contact your web host to report the illegal distribution. I may also contact your ISP.
- If you purchased these illegally distributed products from another source that may have claimed they had resell rights, and then in turn you attempt to resell the same products, I may take the same actions against you, especially in cases where you refuse to cease your actions. It is your responsibility to determine whether or not you are infringing on the rights of certain copyright holders before selling an item. Ignorance is no excuse.
- Continuos email messages and harrassment sent to me will be reported. I do not "work" with sellers and websites I have found to be infringing our rights. Once you have made the decision to sell an item which you have not verified as actually having resell rights, YOU are responsible for any consequences.
- I do not discuss the details of our investigations with offending sellers or the general public per legal standards.
