Our registered copyrights and trademarks include the distinctive and famous THX Logo Theme (also known as the eep Note United States Patent and Trademark Office Registration No. 1,872,866. Any use of the THX mark must be explicitly authorized by THX Ltd. Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright and trademark infringement, and dilutes the distinctive quality of our famous marks. Such unauthorized use of the THX mark includes, but is not limited to, the sale and/or distribution of THX Demo DVD's and/or video tapes, the sale and/or distribution of THX plaques and/or signs, and the sale and/or distribution of any product bearing the THX mark without explicit authorization. By way of example, Dahlton Loudspeakers, Audiofile, and Vortex Accoustics products are not authorized to bear the THX mark.
