Why Was Your Auction Removed?
If you have received a notification from eBay that you must withdraw your product from auction and we are referenced in the notice, it is because we believe the items you are auctioning infringe the rights of our brands.

There are several reasons as to why your auctions may have been removed.

[1] Anti-Circumvention Policy: The listing of any hardware or software that would enable users to "rip" or otherwise make unauthorized copies of copy-protected video games, software programs, CD-ROMs, DVDs, or CDs.

eBay Guideline: 
Encouraging the use of devices or software designed to defeat copy-protection measures is also not allowed on eBay.

This includes, but is not limited to, CD Burners that are promoted as Karaoke or CDG Copiers/Rippers/Burners/or can Capture tracks from original karaoke discs and the CAVS JB-99 hardware piece. In particular, devices such as the CAVS JB-99, which specifically states that it will capture the CDG tracks.

[2] Unauthorized Copies: Do not list unauthorized (such as pirated, duplicated, backup, bootleg, and so forth) copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs, or photographs on eBay.

Examples listed by eBay:
"Backup" or "archival" copies of software programs
Pirated copies of music 
Software loaded onto a computer hard drive that is not being sold with the original media (disks, manuals, etc.) 

This would include storage devices that are preloaded with music

[3] Unauthorized Use Of Registered or Trademarked name or image: Promotion of our registered trademarked brands outside the realm of normal use or in association of unauthorized products.
