auctioning infringe upon my intellectual property
rights such as trademarks and copyrights.

in public forums including eBay auctions will be
properly addressed by informing eBay as soon as we
become aware of the infringement and subsequently
requesting eBay to suspend the auctions.

strongly support the stated purpose
of eBay's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program.
Please note that I claim exclusive ownership to all
intellectual property rights including my company
name, logo and all non-eBay photographic images and
text materials which appear in our eBay listings,
whether accompanying an image or standing alone.

immediately have eBay cancel any auction that
contains any infringements of my copyrighted or
trademarked materials, as I have the legal right to do
