One Twisted Pair, Inc. (ne Twisted Pair is a member of the eBay VeRO program and owns several copyrighted materials. One Twisted Pair retains the exclusive right to use its copyrighted materials.

The photographic, video, audiovisual, and other multimedia products published and produced by One Twisted Pair are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Anyone, or entity, who, without One Twisted Pair written authorization, sells, produces, copies, distributes, displays or performs One Twisted Pair copyrighted materials is liable for copyright infringement.

The reality is: Your odds of being caught violating copyrights are improving every day, as are your chances of paying a stiff fine.

Even a basic copyright infringement carries a Level 12 sentence, at least half must be served in prison, which is 10-16 months. Even seemingly small violations can bring stiff fines:

SECTION 2319 OF TITLE 18, UNITED STATES CODE states that more if than seven copies infringing the copyright in one or more motion pictures or other audiovisual

Q: Why was my auction terminated?

A: Most likely, your auction was removed from the eBay website because it offered for sale unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted images or videos owned by One Twisted Pair. We regularly monitor the Internet, including auction sites, in order to protect our rights. As part of that effort, we will notify eBay of auction listings containing unauthorized uses of One Twisted Pair copyrighted material and eBay will enforce its policies and remove the auction from the website.

Q: Is there an easy way to tell if a product being offered is not legal?

A: Yes, any item containing copyrighted material owned by One Twisted Pair that is not being offered by One Twisted Pair ( eBay username onetwistedpair) is being offered illegally. The only legal items containing our copyrighted material will only be offered by us.

Q: I found all the One Twisted Pair's images and videos on TGPs (Thumnail Gallery Posts), in newsgroups and burned a CD. Can I sell this CD on eBay?

A: No. Any copying, distribution or sale of One Twisted Pair images or videos is against the law.
