Guidelines for Selling Hooters Items
Hooters strives to maintain the quality of its goods sold both online and through its stores. You may resell items that are properly licensed for sale in Hooters Restaurants or from HootersGear.com. You may not resell items manufactured without license. You may not sell proprietary items, such as manuals, handbooks, or internal promotional materials. The Hooters Girl Uniform is a proprietary item that is not for sale anywhere. Reselling of old uniforms by former and/or current employees is prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction of items with the Hooters Trademark are a violation of US Patent and Trademark laws. Selling certain Hooters Air items, such as Airline Seatback Safety Cards are a violation of federal laws and will be turned over to the proper authorities. You may not use the Hooters name to promote any items for sale. Images of Hooters Girls copied from Hooters Calendars, Promotional Materials or Marketing Materials may not be used wihtout the expressed written consent of Hooters of America, Inc.
