How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. What is your Shipping Policy? Fluance uses UPS for shipping orders. Orders will be shipped within 2 business
days via UPS ground/standard services. UPS Ground/Standard - Routinely
delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are stated in
business days, and do not include order processing times. All items are shipped insured. We only accept and ship to your "Confirmed" Paypal shipping address.
- All orders
must be shipped by UPS (no pick-up) and deliveries may require
signature for release.
- Fluance will only ship orders within the
continental United States and Canada through this marketplace.
